United Interactive Limited is predominantly a holding company holding strategic stake in Netesoft India Limited. UIL was earlier known as Neemtek Organic Products Limited.

Sarayu Somaiya had initiated an Open Offer under SEBI Takeover Code 1997 in the year 2007-2008 and obtained controlling stake in the company.

Sarayu Somaiya – Whole Time Director

Smt. Sarayu Somaiya is the Promoter and Director of the Company, holds 69.83% shares of the Comapny. She holds a Master’s Degree in Arts and also a Bachelors Degree in Education. Earlier she was actively engaged in the field of education and social work. Later she took extensive interest in the Capital & Securities market. She worked as an accredited agent of Development Financial Institutions, investment bankers and mutual funds for about 15 years. She possesses good experience in financial services segment of capital market as also in securities market operations.

Rasik Somaiya – Non Executive Director

Shri Rasik Somaiya is the Direcor of the Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and is also a qualified Company Secretary (ACS). On the results of the IAS Exam, he qualified for a Central Civil service job and worked with the Government of India & Central & State public enterprises for 40 years. Shri.Somaiya during this long career had gained experience in law, taxation, personnel & administration, finance, capital markets, etc.

Ajay Shanghavi – Non Executive Independent Director

Mr. Ajay Shanghavi acts as Independent Director on the Board of UIL. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, taxation and management of big enterprises. He is Group Managing Director of Gujarat Nippon International Pvt Ltd.

Nishant Upadhyay – Non Executive Independent Director

Mr Upadhyay acts an Independent Director on the Board of your Company. He is a Commerce graduate, Law Graduate, Associate Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Associate member of The Institute of Cost Accountant of India. He has rich 7 years of experience in the field of investment banking, Finance, Accounts and Law. Presently, he is practicing advocate in High Court, Bombay

Mr. Hemang Joshi acts as CFO and Mr. Basanta Behera acts as CEO of the Company.
